(He/Him) and (She/Her)

Bruce and Kathie joined the PFLAG Danville-San Ramon Valley Chapter over twenty-five years ago.  At the time the gay community in the San Ramon Valley was not really out.  They became aware of the difficulties gay people faced through their church and heard about a relatively new and local PFLAG chapter where they could establish an outreach and support connection. That outreach and participation in chapter leadership continues as they are pleased to contribute to an even more inclusive LGBTQ+ community. 

They have met wonderful, talented and dedicated supporters over the years.  In turn, they personally continue to grow as they acquire better understanding of the needs of all marginalized people.
