Elizabeth Luke Solomon first joined PFLAG in 2023, after her daughter came out as transgender.

Elizabeth, a San Francisco native, moved to Alamo in 1993. She was very active in her children’s schools and loved raising her 2 children in this wonderful community. As an empty nester, she enjoys hiking, working, and socializing with her friends and is excited to join the PFLAG Board.

She previously served on the Deans Circle for the College of Arts and Sciences and simultaneously on the Deans Circle for the School of Management at the University of San Francisco. A USD Don herself, she loved giving back to “a school that gave me so much”.

Elizabeth is the Managing Member at M&L Holdings where she has worked for over 32 years. She is in charge of the day to day management of the company’s various assets and is responsible for its significant growth over the last 20 years.
